Consistently rated one of the most livable cities in the country, it's a progressive place that's made a habit of welcoming visitors and improving lives.
The State Capitol Building is surely one of the most spectacular in the US, while the sprawling UW-Madison campus is a leader in many academic fields ... and don't forget the beer and cheese that put Wisconsin on the map in the first place.
